子墨集团于2003年发轫于上海,至2010年,旗下拥有上海子墨国际文化传播有限公司、上海子墨教育进修学校、上海子墨园林艺术有限公司、杭州子鑫房地产开发有限公司、杭州花市投资管理有限公司、浙江子墨农产品服务贸易中心有限公司、香港汇联国际控股有限公司等7家全资或控股子公司,经营业务涉及现代农林业服务贸易和物流,教育培训,文化传播,商业地产等四个领域。

Since its establishment in Shanghai in 2003, Zimo Group has been on a fast track for growth, and its main business activities have branched out into four areas: the service, trade and logistics for modern agriculture and forestry, education and training, cultural communication, and development of commercial properties. Zimo Group now boasts a portfolio of seven wholly-owned or majority-owned subsidiaries, which are: Shanghai Zimo International Cultural Communication Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Zixin Property Development Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Flower Markets Management Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Zimo Service and Trading Center for Agricultural Products, and Hong Kong Huilian Group Holding.

现代农林业服务贸易和物流包括园林、园艺、花卉、茶叶等,建有上海青浦朱家角“中国盆景艺术文化村”,占地500亩,形成集休闲,旅游,观光及大树、奇石、盆景交易的集散地。同时又致力于在浙江省杭州市打造“杭州花市”和“中国绿茶第一市场”两个项目,并成为了国家商务部中国食品土畜进出口商会试点单位。编辑出版《国际茶讯》杂志(双月刊),定期发布“中国茶叶市场指数”,该指数已被商务部中国食品土畜进出口商会大宗农产品进出口信息网站认可并采用。2011年国际茶叶大会拟在杭州举行,子墨将作为承办方。

In the sector of services, trade and logistics for modern agriculture and forestry, the company is involved in gardening, horticulture, flowers, and tea. It has set up the “Cultural Village for Chinese Potted Landscapes” at Zhujiajiao Town, Qingpu District of Shanghai, which covers an area of 500 mu (about 33.3 hectares) and serves as a commercial center for leisure, travelling, and sightseeing activities as well as a major trading center for big trees, strange stones, and potted landscapes. Meanwhile, Zimo Group is also building two related projects in Hangzhou, which are the development of a grand flower market and the establishment of China’s Primary Green Tea Market. The company has been selected as a pilot unit of the China Chamber of Commerce For Import and Export of Foodstuffs,Native Produce And Animal By-Products (COFNA in short). It also publishes the International Tea News, a bimonthly magazine offering news and analysis for the tea markets around the world and releasing the Index for China’s Tea Market on a regular basis. The index has won recognition from and been used by the official website for the export and import of bulk agricultural products, which is operated by the COFNA under the administration of China’s Ministry of Commerce. The 2011 International Tea Conference is slated to be held in Hangzhou, and Zimo Group will be one of the organizers.

教育培训的核心业务是国际汉语,开发有子墨国际汉语教学动漫课程,运用多媒体网络技术,建立了子墨国际汉语远程教学平台,同时配置单机版(光盘)课程,通过线上或线下方式向汉语为非母语人士教授汉语,辅导汉语水平考试(HSK),并且培训汉语教学师资(通过考试颁发资格证书)。这套拥有自主知识产权的基于互联网和多媒体技术的新型汉语教学软件系统,于2010年初在中国汉语史学会的主持下,经来自北京语言大学、北京外国语大学、华东师范大学、复旦大学、澳门理工学院等业内专家学者的评审,给予了高度评价的论证意见。子墨国际汉语与北京语言大学、团中央中国青少年社会服务中心、中国语言资源开发应用中心、国家汉办(孔子学院总部)等机构建立了战略合作伙伴关系,并获得有关资格认证授权。另外在上海市创意产业协会的支持下,子墨国际汉语教学系统作为富有创意的产品顺利进入上海世博会,将作为世博会主题馆赠送VIP(部长级以上贵宾)的专用礼品。使汉语成为国际语言,是子墨的愿景。子墨教育同时从事英语、日语及其他技能方面的教育培训。拥有上海浦东陆家嘴金融贸易区附近10000多平方米(子墨世界村)和浦西人民广场商圈1000多平方米的教学培训基地。

The company mainly focuses on Mandarin teaching with respect to its business activities in education and training. It has developed an anime-based course for Mandarin teaching, and set up the Zimo online platform for Chinese Teaching that utilizes the latest multimedia and Internet technology. It has also released the CD-Rom version for single user, complementing the online teaching platform in helping non-native speakers grasp Chinese, and get them better prepared for HSK, the only standardized test of Standard Mandarin Chinese proficiency for non-native speakers. Zimo also offers courses for the training of Chinese teachers, who will obtain certificates after passing the qualification tests. Zimo’s patented and self-developed Chinese teaching system based on Internet and multimedia technology has been highly commended by experts from Beijing Language and Culture University, Beijing Foreign Studies University, Eastern China Normal University, Fudan University, and Macau Polytechnic Institute in early 2010. These experts served as the reviewers for Zimo’s Chinese teaching platform under the sponsorship of the China Association for the History of the Chinese Language. Zimo International Language Center has obtained various certificates as an eligible training center for Chinese teaching, and it has established strategic partnerships with Beijing Language and Culture University, China Youth Social Service Center of the China Communist Youth League, China Language Resource Academy, and Hanban (headquarters of Confucius Institutes). In addition, Zimo’s Chinese teaching system has been selected as creative exhibits at the Expo 2010 Shanghai China with the support of the Shanghai Creative Industry Association, and the system will be used as special gifts for VIP guests (minister-level or above) at the theme pavilion of the Expo. Zimo’s vision is to make Chinese a lingua franca of the world. Apart from offering Chinese courses, Zimo is also engaged in the education and training of language proficiencies in English, Japanese and other practical skills. It owns and operates the “Zimo world village”, a teaching center covering over 10,000 square meters in Pudong Lujiazui, the hottest business area of Shanghai and classrooms of over 1,000 square meters in the Shanghai People Square business area.

文化传播业务正在筹备之中,拟与外资合作,从事影视剧拍摄,以及中国优秀文化的国际传播等。

The company is preparing to initiate business in cultural communication, eyeing to set up a joint venture with overseas investors to jointly produce movies and films and to spread quintessential Chinese culture internationally.

商业地产方面,目前在杭州拥有近50亩商业金融用地,在建农业总部经济大厦,酒店式公寓及茶叶市场等。

When it comes to the development of commercial properties, the company has acquired the land-use rights of about 50 mu (3.3 hectares) of land, and a number of projects including the Agricultural Headquarters Building, Hotel services apartment and tea markets are now under construction.
